We are an interdisciplinary group, with interests in systems immunology, quantitative microscopy imaging, longitudinal multivariate data analysis, and statistical machine learning applied to various infectious diseases.

Our Science

  • Statistical Machine Learning

    We are interested in Longitudinal Omics Analysis. We aim to develop the robust ML approach to model the temporal dynamics.

  • Systems Immunology

    Applying the Machine Learning to understand the immune correlates of protection, and infection (CoP/CoI).

  • Quantitative Imaging

    We are interested in microscopy image analysis. We aim to develop the ML/DL models to unravel molecular spatiotemporal coordination.
